WHY ARE SOME PRODUCTS NOT ALLOWED TO SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?
Unfortunately, there are some items we cannot ship to certain areas, most of these are based on your country’s, state’s and city's laws but in a few cases we've restricted items as company policy.
WHAT IS OLDPARD RETURN POLICY?
You can return OLDPARD product in its original unused, unsharpened condition and packaging within 14 days from the date of purchase (delivery) - for any reason - no questions asked. Original shipping and return costs are not refunded. After 14 days, returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Please write an email to a Customer Service for a return authorization number to expedite your return/exchange or click here to fill in our online return/exchange from on our website.
Damaged or defective product may be returned after 14 days from date of purchase, subject to manufacturer's warranty. Please refer to product literature or call Oldpard Customer Service for warranty information.
Product is not eligible for return due to normal wear and tear, or damage caused by abuse, misuse, or neglect.
I HAVE AN ITEM I NEED TO RETURN, WHAT DO I DO NEXT?

Your Oldpard order should include an invoice and a Return Form, which includes return instructions.

Follow the instructions listed on the Return Form completely.

If possible, pack the Product you wish to return in the box in which it was shipped.

Ship your Product back to Oldpard.
If you are unable to find your Return Form, you can contact us and we will send you one.
DID OLDPARD RECEIVE MY RETURN?
Please allow two (2) to four (4) weeks for your return to be processed. This allows sufficient time for your return to be shipped back to us and processed by our Returns and Customer Service Department. To check the status of your return, please e-mail your full name, address, customer number, and your order number to info@oldpard.com or call +359 89 0125 789. Please type Return Inquiry on the subject line of your e-mail.
HAS OLDPARD CREDITED MY ACCOUNT FOR RETURNED product?
It takes about three (3) weeks to process your return and credit your account. Once credit is applied, it may take some time for the credit to appear on your next statement, depending on your statement's closing date.
HAS OLDPARD MAILED MY REFUND CHECK? WHEN SHOULD I EXPECT IT?
To check the status of your refund, please send an e-mail with your name, address (including zip code), customer number, and order number (if available) to info@oldpard.com. Please type Refund Check Inquiry in the subject line of your e-mail. Please inform us if the order was shipped to a different name and address than your billing address. It takes about three (3) weeks to process your return and mail a refund check.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE PROCESSED, SHIPPED, AND RECEIVED?
Oldpard ships your order as soon as possible. It usually takes three (3) to five (5) business days. During the Holiday Season, shipping times may be briefly delayed. If you need to receive your order sooner, you may upgrade your shipping method at an additional cost.
HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN PROCESSED?
When you place your order at Oldpard.com, you will receive an order confirmation which includes your order number. If you provide an e-mail address, you will also receive a confirmation e-mail.
AM I ABLE TO CANCEL, CHANGE, OR ADD TO MY ORDER?
Your credit card is authorized as soon as you place your order. Once you receive an order confirmation, NO CHANGES MAY BE MADE TO THE ORDER. If you are dissatisfied with the Product you receive, use our Guarantee & Return policy.

IF I ORDER STANDARD SHIPPING WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
Our shipping cutoff each day is 12 am CET , if your order is placed prior to this time, and there's not an issue with your order or it's not oversized, it will most likely be packed to ship that day.

(Mon - Wed): It takes 3-5 business days, so if you order on Monday prior to 12 am CET then you should get your package on Friday. If you order prior to 12 am CET on Wed then you should get your package from Friday to Tuesday next week.

(Thurs - Sun): It takes 3-5 business days, so if you order Thursday prior to 12 am CET then you should get your package till next Wednesday. If you order on Friday prior to 12 am then you should get your package till the end of next Thursday. If you order on Friday after 12 am CET, Saturday, or Sunday then you should get your package till the next Friday.
CAN I UPGRADE MY SHIPPING?
Yes. Make your shipping choice in the checkout process, and additional charges will be automatically added when you place your order.
IF I UPGRADE TO 2ND DAY OR NEXT DAY WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
Our shipping cutoff each day is 12 am CET , if your order is placed prior to this time, and there's not an issue with your order or it's not oversized, it will most likely be packed to ship that day.

2nd-Day (Mon - Thurs): Takes 1 business day, so if you order Monday prior to 10 am EST then the Courier should deliver your package on Tuesday. If you order prior to 10 am EST on Thursday then the Courier should deliver your package on Friday.

2nd-Day (Fri - Sun): Takes 1 business day, so if you order Friday prior to 10 am EST then the Courier should deliver your package the next Monday. If you order Friday after 10 am EST or on Sat, or Sunday then the Courier should deliver your package on Tuesday.
DOES OLDPARD SHIP OUTSIDE OF BULGARIA?
YES. We deliver our products to all countries around the world, as long as they have a postal service. Responsibility for checking the local legal status of our knives lies in the hand of the Customer.
We ship on the basis of Bulgarian law, please pay attention to the weapons law in your region.
WHICH CREDIT CARDS ARE ACCEPTED BY OLDPARD?
OLDPARD accepts Visa™, MasterCard™, Discover™, Diners Club™ and BCARD™.
HOW DOES THE SAVE MY CARD FEATURE WORK?
No credit card info is saved on our site, instead our credit card processor creates a profile/token for your info, which is encrypted and stored on their servers, and the only info that passes to us the token. Oldpard.com does not save or have access to your credit card info. We offer this option to give you the convenience of not having to re-enter your personal data every time you shop from us.
DOES OLDPARD ACCEPT PAYPAL
Yes, we do accept Paypal, at the final step of checkout you will see it as a payment option. Please note that some items are restricted from purchase by PayPal. If PayPal does not appear as an option at checkout, it may be because you have a restricted item in your cart. *Please note if you choose the eCheck option within Paypal, your order will not process/ship until after Paypal receives payment from your bank, which can be up to 6 business days, for more info see Paypal eCheck info.

DOES OLDPARD ACCEPT BANK TRANSFER PAYMENTS?
Yes. Advance payment via a bank transfer. The Customer will receive payment details for a bank transfer with their order confirmation. After the payment is registered in our account, we will send the order as soon as possible. The amount to be paid is stated in the order confirmation sent by us. The order will be cancelled if payment is not received within 3 days from the date of order.
DOES OLDPARD ACCEPT CASH ON DELIVERY ORDERS?
Cash on delivery (Bulgarian orders only). The payment will be made at the post office when picking up the delivery. The delivery will be handed over to the Customer against payment.
DOES OLDPARD REPAIR KNIVES?
OLDPARD does not repair knives. If you purchased your item more then thirty (14) days ago, please see our Guarantee and return policy or e-mail your request to info@oldpard.com. Please type Brand Info Inquiry on the subject line of your e-mail and include the knife brand.
DOES OLDPARD SELL REPLACEMENT PARTS?
Oldpard does not sell replacement parts. If you need a part for your knife, please send an e-mail to info@oldpard.com including the brand of your knife, and Oldpard will e-mail contact information to you. Please type Knife Parts Inquiry in the subject line of your e-mail.
HOW CAN I CONTACT THE MANUFACTURER?
Oldpard can supply any available contact information for our Vendors. Please send an e-mail info@oldpard.com, include the name of the manufacturer you wish to contact. Please type Manufacturer Inquiry in the subject line of your e-mail, and we will reply as soon as possible. Please note that not all manufacturers allow their contact information to be released.
